This website is owned and operated by SIMOVISION BVBA (and, as the case may be, its affiliated companies) (“Simovision”), a company with registered office at Vriendschapsstraat 30, 3090 Overijse, Belgium and with registration number 875.942.068.
These terms of use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) apply to every person (the “User”) who consults and/or uses the website www.simovision.eu (including any sub-pages or sub-domains) (the “Website”).
The access to and use of the Website imply the acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The Website aims at providing the User with high-level, non-contractual information about the products and activities of Simovision.

Save for exceptions notified to the User in advance, the use of the Website is free of charge.
The User is sole responsible for any costs and internet access plans required to access the Website.
Users acknowledge and accept that it is at all times forbidden to use the Website for any other purpose than the purposes enumerated under Section 2 above. The User acknowledges and accepts that all information, texts, databases, diagrams, plans, overviews, logos, images, photographs, videos, sounds, and/or other materials or data, as well as the Website itself and its underlying software, algorithms, codes, etc. (hereinafter the “Materials”), are protected by intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights, database rights, software rights, trademark rights and tradename rights) of which Simovision is either the exclusive owner and/or licensee.
Users of the Website cannot in any way derive any intellectual property rights in any form from the use and access to the Website and/or of the Materials. Use of the Website entails no transfer of any intellectual property rights in favor of the User.
Users may only use and reproduce the Materials (e.g. by saving or printing individual pages) to the extent strictly necessary to achieve the purposes set out in Section 2, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 3. Simovision endeavours to provide up-to-date information and takes the utmost care in preparing it. Nevertheless, Simovision accepts no liability if the information consulted via this Website proves to be inaccurate, incomplete or unfit for purpose. Information may also be added, modified and/or removed from the Website without prior notice.
SIMOVISION INCURS AND ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN RELATION TO INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE.
Simovision is not liable for any suspension, interruption, temporary unavailability or failure of the Website, howsoever caused.
Simovision ensures as far as reasonably possible that the Website is free of bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, spyware and other malware or unauthorized software. However, there is still the possibility that these may infect the Website. Simovision can on no account be held liable for any resulting damage and/or loss caused to the User. Simovision strenuously advises the user to install firewalls, antivirus software and other necessary protection software on his/her device.

The User will fully indemnify and hold Simovision harmless against all claims, demands, investigations and/or procedures (including attorney fees) initiated against Simovision by anythird party (including government or public agencies), and against all damages (irrespective of their nature) that Simovision would suffer as a result of a breach by the User of these Terms of Use. - Applicable law and competent jurisdictions
All disputes arising from the use of this Website are subject to Belgian law and fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
